STUDIO MANAGER
Seeking Studio Manager
Joseph West Photography and Melissa Fitzgerald Photography are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized person to assist with client relations, marketing, design, product management, and editing for both brands.
Job Requirements
- Usage of Lightroom
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator or alternate design program
- Flexibility in schedule
- Strong communication skills
- Independent self starter with the ability to see projects and take them on proactively
- Positive attitude and ability to be flexible with changes and the unexpected
Job Description
(Includes but not limited to)
Client Relations and Product Management
- Communicating with clients and event planner to coordinate photo shoots
- Coordinating with clients on their product orders from creation to delivery
- Designing albums and placing album orders
- Invoicing clients, and following up on missed payments
- Managing client needs leading up to weddings and events and after
- Meet in town clients in person to deliver their final wedding collections or print packages as needed
Product Management
- Coordinating print and product purchases from clients
- Placing orders and communicating with clients to fill orders
- Coordinate custom framing of print orders
- Working with clients to create custom albums
- Keep track of deadlines for client packages
Marketing and Design
- Building, designing and ordering albums
- Designing Instagram marketing campaigns
- Creating e-newsletters
- Creating online store sales
- Submit JWP and MFP work to blogs and magazines for publication
- Design other marketing collateral: pamphlets, take home cards, one sheet info pages, etc.
Editing and Assisting
- Cull, edit and retouch: Wedding, engagement, family and editorial work
- Process photoshop requests (body shaping, retouching, head swapping, etc.)
- Assist as needed on wedding and editorial photo shoots
Full time position, pay will be hourly
9-5 Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and evenings
